Happy Monday!

I put this pic up on my Instagram last night as a REMINDER!

I really had some great downtime this weekend, which included rest days and overeating days. I ate so much one night I actually had a food hangover! It happened, I’m over it, time to do something about it!

Well it’s nice and quiet in my house at 7AM just sitting here enjoying my coffee and listening to music. Got my candles and incense going. Spent some time meditating then spent some time journaling.

Slow and stead wins Monday’s race!

Monday is NOT my jump out of bed and get a workout in day! However, one of my 2016 intentions is to get out my mat and do yoga before my morning meditation… ON MONDAY’s! Freestyle, whichever poses my body tells me to do, I will get my workout in and it will be #betterlatethannever <3 My evening workout is on my schedule! The rest of the week is early workouts, but today I am working around the house. Bills to pay, work that needs to get done from my computer etc. etc. (Right from my PJ’s!)


I am LOOOOOVING this Planner! I can not tell you how much and this is only the first page! I had to break the ice, because it it almost too pretty to write in!

O.K. so now I have a confession! I had a giveaway scheduled for today. It would of even been the highest I have been paid to write a review on a product I received and gave away! The problem… I did not like, or cannot in good faith endorse this product. I had to email them that I was sending back the product and I would not be participating in the Campaign. This was HARD for me to do! But, I did it, it’s done and moving on… I bumped up the schedule of a FANTASTIC, yummy, delicious, giveaway that I will have for you A.S.A.P. Working out some recopies, but this is so good I can’t stop eating this product right from the package. This is probably the BEST product I have ever tried to give for a giveaway! #getexcited

So, I am really happy today that I prepared for my week!!!! Even if most of the stuff is in writing. My house is looking like **** and I need to get up and get busy! After all Catalyst Camp AKA. Clear Clutter Camp AKA. Feng Shui Camp AKA. This is Where The Magic Happens Camp… is starting soon and I have been through it once and ready to dig in again and this time dig deep. But, with a much cleaner slate this time. I have A LOT of emotional clutter, rooms I don’t even want to go in. The support from the community is absofreakinlutley AMAZING! Best thing I have ever committed to in my life! And, there is no affiliation with this, I am just sharing because I love love love her and was sooooo impressed by how much work Dana put into this camp! Don’t take my word for it, just do it! Join me! I need all the accountability in this area that I can get!

My main focus is on clearing space (in my home and in my life,) creativity,  weight-loss, self-improvement, and making MONEY! Not too much to ask for right?!

I’ve broke this down first is my home, just simply showing up to workout everyday, making meal plans and sticking to them, taking courses to improve myself and GO FOR my dreams, and since I am now working sometimes outside of my home, I want to kick @$$ with my friends business! That is my job at the Day Spa is helping my friend expand her business, make connections, and work on her social media, which is so perfect for me to fit in my day and work from PJ’s if I feel like it! It gives me the freedom to work on my other goals, pursuits, dreams, etc. The more money I make for her, the more money I make for me.

So, i am really excited to hear what YOU have to say on the subject of New Year’s Resolutions! If you don’t do them, don’t believe in them, i wanna hear about it! if your a total dork like me and looks forward to New Year’s ever year… I wanna hear about it!!!

  1. I love that you sent the product back instead of endorsing something that you didn’t believe in, it’s so important to keep your standards high and to feel good about everything you stand behind. We need more with the willingness to do this… Monday morning is not my jump up and exercise day either, hoping 2016 will bring me some Monday morning pilates motivation. Happy Monday to you 🙂

  2. I overate on Saturday myself…back on the bandwagon as of yesterday! 👍

    I’m dealing with figuring out my goals for 2016. This year was so big for me with achieving a dream that I’m not completely sure what’s next.

  3. That planner looks awesome! I love getting a new planner. I’m on the fence about resolutions. I feel like on average they’re no use, but I did jump-start my own weight loss/healthy living four years ago with one, so I can’t hate on them too much haha

  5. Good luck on your resolutions! 😀 I don’t really do yearly New Year’s resolutions, but I do keep a running 101 in 1001 (101 things I’d like to accomplish in 1001 days) since most of my goals tend to be on the long-term side! :]
